Terms and conditions

Credit card payments in favor of GRANADA INCOMING CARD, S.L. are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

1. Acceptance of reservations
Nhue Concierge SL only accepts reservations from people with full capacity to act and with full legal capacity. Legal persons have to act for a duly authorized person.

2. A truthful information
The information provided in the Nhue Concierge booking platform must be true. Nhue Concierge or the provider reserves the right to cancel reservations when incorrect information has been provided. In this case, the price paid can not be returned.

3. Arrival to the place, and compliance with the rules
You are responsible for arriving on time at the meeting point. Once the visit has begun, you will not be able to join the group. If you arrive at the activity booked from abroad, you are personally responsible for the necessary travel documents (passport, etc.), compliance with health regulations, etc.

4. Conditions of Participation
You are personally responsible for compliance with the conditions of participation. Nhue Concierge and the provider reserves the right to exclude participants, who do not meet these conditions, from the activity. In this case, the price paid can not be returned.

5. Payment
Your credit card will be charged when making the reservation. If Nhue Concierge or the provider does not accept your reservation, the amount charged will be reimbursed.

6. Waiver of Right of withdrawal
In the event that the law applicable to the contract between the user and the provider grants a right of revocation in favor of you, you waive that right, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Personal liability for insurance
The insurance is not included in the price. You are personally responsible for sufficient insurance coverage. The magnitude of the insurance needs depends on the reserved activity.

8. Unpaid services
If you do not pay for the reserved service or revoke the payment, your claim to service benefits will be ignored. This will be considered as a cancellation and cancellation charges

9. Cancellation policy
If you cancel the activity, we advise the client to carefully read the reservation information and the confirmation voucher. If there is no cancellation policy indicated on the voucher or reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:
-Up to 4 days before starting the activity: full refund
-3-0 days before starting the activity or if you do not show up: there is no refund. The refund will be made to the same card number or account number with which the payment was made
